Rabia Khan Managing Partner
As well as co-owner of ThinkSpace, Rabia is also manages the commercial department at ThinkSpace and has been part of the real estate industry in Dubai since 2004 in roles ranging from property sales and business development, to head of ThinkSpace commercial division where she is today as managing partner of ThinkSpace. Rabia has lived in Pakistan, California, the UK and Dubai. She has now been based in Dubai for the past nine years and in addition to her envied local real estate knowledge & expertise, is also a published author.

Akhilesh Bahl Sales Director
Akhilesh is head of the sales department and is a key member of the ThinkSpace start-up team. Akhilesh possesses a broad knowledge and understanding of real estate in the UAE. Having successfully managed a large sales team in his previous real estate role and possessing an international Masters in Business Management Akhilesh is well placed to support ThinkSpace both regionally and internationally. Akhilesh is focused on developing a strong sales environment driven through ethical practices, highest levels of professionalism and a deep passion for the job. Industry networking, diligence and a hands-on working style are Akhilesh’s key strengths.

Michelle Rice Rental Manager
Michelle manages the ThinkSpace rental department and has gained her expertise in real estate through working in the industry over the last seven years. She has been based in Dubai for the past three years and previously held senior roles in real estate agencies in London.

Lindsey Nichols Brand & Marketing Manager
Lindsey heads the ThinkSpace marketing department and has worked in media since 1999 across a variety of different media from television, to print, outdoor and ambient media. RERA - Real Estate Regulatory Agency
On the 31st of July 2007 His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a decree to establish a Real Estate Regulatory Agency in Dubai. The agency, is to be a part of the Dubai Land Department and will have financial and administrative independence, with full legal authority, to ensure all real estate transactions comply with the guidelines

The Dubai Land Department was established on January 24, 1960 / 26 Rajab 1379H.On that blessed day, His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the late Ruler of Dubai, signed a decree, stating: "We have decided to establish a committee to oversee affairs related to land and private properties in the emirate, in order to register these lands and properties in a systematic and effective manner and to safeguard the rights of our people."
